"I'm going to shoot you, Mommy." Joshua pointed a medicine syringe toward me.
"That's not how we say it. We say, 'I'm going to give you a shot.'"
Joshua got a big grin and came over to me, pressing the syringe into my hand.
"I'm going to give you a shoot, okay?"
I laughed. "A shot, Joshua."
Kids are so cute. I love the cute way they say everything! It can be good or bad, though. Ha!
ReplyDeleteYeah. I wish I could catch them all, but I'm not that organized. :)
DeleteHe always reminds me to think about what he's saying before I react, because that could have been a completely different conversation.
Hi Carrie - went to high-school with Kris. Clicked over from Facebook. You've got a cute kid.
ReplyDeleteAlso, my toddler daughter "lazered" us this morning with her finger. She also claimed she was a doctor, which at the time seemed a little confusing.
:) Thanks for stopping by. It is crazy how much these kids absorb, then express through imagination. I'm not even sure where they get it all.
