Over and over until I give him his hug and tell him congratulations.
It all started with this online preschool program we signed him up for. At the end of each lesson he gets a prize for his virtual room, tickets to spend in the stores and a big screen that spells out 'Congratulations!' complete with sparkling stars in the background.
We've been at this for a week, and he gets that screen once a day. I started out reading it to get him excited about completing his lessons. Do you think I can ease off and give him a bit more independence?
Heck, no!
"Congratulations!" he'll tell himself, then call my name until I say it, too.
